Wow, they deleted the topic that fast.... Well, I'll repost it below.
Downgrade Scroll Lv2
This scroll with downgrade any weapons and gears by two level. For example, if you just fortify your weapon to a +8 and do not like the random stats, use this scroll to bring it back to +6 and remove the +8 random stats! This way, you do not need to start over from scratch!
We are very excited about this item and want to quickly make it available to our players. We noticed an error in the pop-up description when you use the scroll on your fortified armors and weapons. Please see the following screenshot below:
Please ignore the yellow highlighted text since it DOES NOT reduce your weapon down to 0, and that the scroll does works at intended.
